Hi,

Same issue... my Infinix i3 laptop also.. came... suddenly working time.. i got... same... issue... like some lines and... suddenly came black screen... even outside one scratch also not there...
i hv given service center at Sri Jishnu Communications-vijayawada-Andhrapradesh... those people doesn't know any subject... they told... its broken.. if broken.. outside single scratch also not there... they r telling its...

i want to raise a complaint against infinix laptop to their higher authorities..
Refund my money back asap. Otherwise, i will go to consumer court if the issue not resovlve...
Complaint : within 2 months the laptop completely shut down. While warranty period i went to service centre now here i m going to revise the story again same as i told you 6 times talking to your sincerely agents...
