Guys, beware of Jeevansathi and never fell prey to them. This company is a complete online fraud and cheating service. This business was started by Sanjeev Bikhchandani and Hitesh Oberoi. Today they have a team of goons, gundas and fraudsters who will bug you with phone calls whole Sunday even at night 10 pm to force and falsely solicit to extract money from you for their assisted membership paid services. Never, never pay to them. Best thing will be block their mobile numbers and landline numbers.
I was repeatedly phone by Jeevansathi's con man, fraud person Robert Ashish from his number [protected] and [protected]. He was repeatedly insisting to pay for premium assisted services. Even Sunday night 10 pm also he was calling. Robert Ashish, he was telling that he has not eaten dinner and he is still sitting and working at Info Edge, Jeevansathi, Noida office. He was telling, he has no laptop and late nights he has to work at office to track payments and confirm with management. Such kind of gundas like Robert Ashish, no doubt are hired by cheaters and frauders like Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bikhchandani to extract money from thousands o[censored]naware population and people in India. Robert Ashish [protected], even he was calling from whatsApp phone calls and repeatedly even 15 to 30 minutes. Later on his assurance for no question asked refund, in case, if I do not like Jeevansathi assisted service, I paid Rs. 15500/- to them online.
Later no service was provided by Info Edge Jeevansathi. Some automatic emails by triggered regularly, weekly twice by their another fraud and cheating member, Uttkarsha Saxena, [protected]. She told she is relationship manager. She used to call once in 10 or 15 days but Jeevansathi assisted plan service, that was told by Robert Ashish was weekly proper follow up.
Later when I asked them for refund of my moeny, these all con man and con woman turned bitter. They themselves started calling me for 45 to 90 minutes arguments that refund is not possible. List of con man, evil and fraudulent team members: Ashish Robert, Ankit, Gaurav, Uttkarsha Saxena and Abhishek. If you check their numbers in Truecaller, they are already marked as spammers by many people. This whole team is hired by Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani at Info Edge Jeevansathi office at Noida, India.
Imagine how much these fraudulent and cheating people are earning. For example, if they extract 15000/- to 20000/- from just 10000/- Indians, it all sums up huge money in tens of crores. They extract money from NRIs as well, so finally it sums up to hunderds of crores of Indian rupees cheated by evil and fraud team of Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani.
When you ask for refund, all of them will call you, one by one, and argue you for several hours of your precious time. They will almost fight that they have no refund policy! So see, how much grip these fraud persons Hitesh and Sanjeev are taking on every rupee extracted from you via their online con man team of Robert Ashish, Ankit, Gaurav, Uttkarsha Saxena and Abhishek of Info Edge, Jeevansathi office.
No dobut they are deposting GST! But innocent people of India are getting cheated by Jeevansathi Info Edge and we have no way to stop them. Government of India and Cyber Crime cell is not tracking, how much fraud is happening by online matrimonial services like Jeevansathi by Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bikhchandani. Thousands 1000s of crores of money!
Every business in this world or India has refund options, be it Amazon or Flipkar or Swiggy or Zomato or Bigbasket or Dunzo or anything else. Whether business is online or offline, if we do not like service, we can of course request for refund anytime in 10 days or later. But Info Edge Jeevansathi, their team members Robert Ashish, Uttkarsha Saxena, Gaurav, Abhishek and Ankit, these fraudsters and con man hired by Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani, they argue and almost fight with you that once money is received by their office at Info Edge Jeevansathi, then no single rupee goes out for refund.

And we should put police complaints, cyber crime reports and other complaints where ever possible. Block their mobile numbers and landline number of Jeevansathi Info Edge, NCR Noida office. Else you will loose money! And if you ask for refund, then also they will call you call everyday for 45 to 90 minutes of multiple time phone calls, to argue that money went in pockets of fraud businessmen, Hitesh and Sanjeev, then a single rupee is never refunded back!
Worst people in Jeevansathi, Info Edge team. If I had capacity, I would have raided their Noida, NCR office and banned their fraud business in India. Jeevansathi website for matrimonial services and their Info Edge office should never exist. It is same thing like criminals, thieves, smugglers and murderers like Dawood Ibrahim. Only modus operandi is different.
India is sleeping and government of India is sleeping. Matrimonial fraud business is sprawling in several thousands of crores of rupees turnover year by year, revenues increasing yoy! One example is Info Edge Jeevansathi by Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani. GOI is getting good GST but they must wakeup to stop this much craze of earning money unethically by Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani. These businessmen are fraud, cheaters, scammers and big con man of India, no less than gangster Dawood Ibrahim!
This review is real experience and genuine review. I have asked for refund of money from Jeevansathi within 7 days. Even when Robert Ashish has assured of refund in the beginning. I have all data, that how much Jeevansathi Info Edge team phone called me themselves 45 minutes to 90 minutes multiple multiple times in past one month, to argue so much that money once came in pockets of Sanjeev and Hitesh, single rupee is never refunded. It is like black hole of Physics! Finally I unsintalled Jeevansthi Info Edge matrimonial mobile app and I logged out from their website applications forever! It is a complete fraud and dirtiest, most corrupt business, though showcased as white, that I have ever witness. Of course, Hitesh Oberoi and Sanjeev Bhikchandani are ugliest faces hidden in name of successful and popular businessmen and entreprenuers or entrepreneurship. They have absolutely no ethics at all.
