Infocom Tech Solutions — Fraud with 7000/- and very rude behavior

[protected], +[protected] is a totally fraud company. I have transferred 7000/- at 11/11/2016. Before that he promised me that he will complete demo of some pages in two days in android and iOS. So, I trusted on him and pay him money. But after payment I have called him several times at 13/11/2016, but he didn't receive. At night he received the call but talked me so rudely. He told me ki aise jaldibaji me hum kaam nahi karte hai. then I told him ki agar apko nahi karna tha to apko kaam nahi lena chahiye tha. He behaved so rudely. Pankaj is not a nice person. I trusted on him but is not a trust-able person. at 17/11/2016 he sent me a android app demo that seems like anyone can develop this in 20 minutes. Then I told him that please refund my money. He denied and talked with me very rudely. he said tumhe jo karna hai kar lo mai money refund nahi karunga. So, tell what was my fault in this. What should I do and when he will refund my money.
