Infosys Technologies Ltd — eps settlement

Dear sir/madam,

This is with ref to my eps settlement amount from my pf account #py/bom/0010088/000/295240, (Infosys, bangalore). Infosys settled my epf on 18/04/2018 and have supplied instructions to send the eps withdraw form form-10c to infosys technologies ltd pf/sa fund trust, c/o infosys technologies ltd, hosur road, bangalore which would transfer the amount to the bank account supplied in the form. And i have submitted the same on 16/04/2018 but so far eps settlement has not happened till date.
