pf transfer

Dear sir,

I have submitted my transfer form 13 online and it is showing status as accepted by field office. But still its not reflecting in my passbook. Its been almost 3 months.

Please do needful.

I have tried to call on pf office p. R. O no so many times but nobody is picking the phone.
There is no any response.

Please take action asap.

This is with ref to my eps settlement amount from my pf account #py/bom/0010088/000/295240, (Infosys, bangalore). Infosys settled my epf on 18/04/2018 and have supplied instructions to send the eps withdraw form form-10c to infosys technologies ltd pf/sa fund trust, c/o infosys technologies ltd, hosur road, bangalore which would transfer the amount to the bank account supplied in the form. I had applied for a HSBC credit card in the month of June, which was received on 28 th July 2008.
I had made a purchase of about 3800.00 RS on 15 th August . I had applied for a personal loan with ICICI bank and the loan has been declined stating that I am a defaulter with credit card.
Where as I have never used a credit card.

Status of the new applied card

Hi

I had applied for a card since 1.5 months but still there is no update on the status of the card
While applying they said they will deliver the card in 15 working days but yet no sign of it.
I have just got a mail stating my reference no [protected] with their phone nos where none of the phone no is working.

Please provide me the status of my card
