I ordered zeblaze product name model quantity price total
Thor 5 dual chipset technology 4g lte camera wifi gps amoled smart watch for ₹3890 on 14 november 2019 with order id #182854. I paid all the amount online. But a very cheap chinese watch costing no more than ₹ 500 was delivered. It was of very poor quality. Also alll the features mentioned is missing. Need my money back. I got scammed.

I have purchased a smart watch from infrill (Seen advertisement on instagram). After. Delivery of the product it was found that the product was not the same i ordered, most of the specs shown on the website we're not on the watch. And the watch was also defective as it was not working or switching on.
Further i requested the company within the stipulated time of the terms of return 20/11/19

Further i have the company lot's of time regarding the same but no reply has been made to me till date 20/111/19
It is kindly requested to the consumer forum & the company take some action on my order.
