I ordered a smart watch.pay 4099 rupees

My order number #202995 . Today come but it's fraud item give me . please block this site . it's very dengerous. I feel this wrong item I am very late.but I caught who deliver wrong item give me today

I had ordered zeblaze thor s super amoled gps smart watch from infrill.com. I have paid 2599inr. But the product that i received was a fake chinese watch which is worthless. I request them to refund but they dont respond... Please my cash return

Dear sir,

I had ordered for a smart watch on from infrill.com and the delivery was made on 14th dec. To my surprise, the the product is different from the one i ordered. Also the product is dead on arrival and the cable which came with it is loose and not charging the watch.

I had complained twice through infrill site, but so far there is no response.

Thor 5 dual chipset technology 4g lte camera wifi gps amoled smart watch for ₹3890 on 14 november 2019 with order id #182854. I paid all the amount online. But a very cheap chinese watch costing no more than ₹ 500 was delivered. It was of very poor quality. Also alll the features mentioned is missing. Need my money back. I got scammed.

I have ordered a zeblaze thor smart watch of which the model number is 556698 it was described as zeblaze thor s 1.39inch super amoled 1gb+16gb 3g gps smart watch, when i recived it i found it a duplicate low quality watch and after 2 days i found it non working it is completely dead. I have filed return request multiple times but they have not responded to it. Please help me getting my refund.

My name is arokia dass from tamil nadu, coimbatore, my order no 171172, i was booked on[protected], zeblaze 5 dual chipset 4g lte technology, i have paid rs 2992, but infrill, have delivered on[protected], low cost un branded prodect, on that day onwards i was keep on complaining till today, but there is no response, why thay were cheeting like this, verry bad this is, so kindle take acction and to get my prodect, please sir by, arokia dass from coimbatore

I have ordered a smart watch(Zeblaze THOR S, Model 556698 ) on 28th June with order id #170065 and it was delivered on 30th June. When i opened i could see that the back side lid is not fitting into the watch and the battery was slight bulged and not adjusting into the watch. When i tried to switch on the watch with a long press its not even started and i tried with usb cable as well but no use. Highlighting this i raised complaint on the site on 1st July and i did not received any acknowledgement or message and again i repeated the same on 2nd July, when the request is submitted we could see a message that "Thank you for submitting your return request. Your request has been sent to the relevant department for processing. You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your request" but I haven't received anything yet.

Product – ciscox jumper 4 pro 4g smart watch phone.
I have ordered ciscox jumper 4 pro 4g smart watch with camera on 09/02/2019 but i received some cheap watch phone which is of low quality and doesn't have a camera it's a plastic toy hence i believe i have been cheated by infrill company by sending me wrong cheap product.
I have recorded the video o[censored]nboxing package which i received on 12th february been delivered via pickrr awb
I would like to return this product and want refund asap.
I have made return request but no response from infrill end. They have cheated lots of people all over india by showcasing fake products and during delivery they send some cheap low quality products.
Kindly take strict action against them and save me and many such people who got cheated by infrill.
I believe i will be helped in this matter.

Delivery of the product it was found that the product was not the same i ordered, most of the specs shown on the website we're not on the watch. And the watch was also defective as it was not working or switching on.
Further i requested the company within the stipulated time of the terms of return 4/1/19

Further i have the company lot's of time regarding the same but no reply has been made to me till date 11/1/19

I had ordered a smart watch from an advertisement seen on instagram on 19th nov 2018. I was delivered the product but not the product which i ordered and paid (2520/-) for on delivery. I submitted a request with the company on 24th nov 2018 to replace my order with the original product. I received a mail regarding the return id & order number. It mentioned that they will contact me within a period of 15days. Incase they fail i was suppose to mail them and i did the same on 10th december 2018. Now there has been no response from the company yet.
