Inlingua — class delay

My wife joined this institute and after completing 2 level. They are not ready to start next batch.
It's been 3 weeks that we are following from inlingua, sector-14, gurgaon for next batch.
They are always delaying the class.
In that case why inlingua is taking full course money in advance if you are not able to give classes.
She has joined for 6 month and we have paid 25, 000 in advance.
Who will recover her time and money if you will delay the classes. And what is the benefit of joining the classes.

I want a reply from inlingua. Else i have to post it in social media. So that people can know the reality of inlingua.
