I get my registration with inlingua on 6th sept, 2015. After a week due to some personnel reasons I cancelled my registration at that time my class is not confirmed and I didn't get any confirmation message or email for confirmation of my course from Inlingua, when I cancelled my registration the mam which is on reception Ms. Pooja told me that, you will come next month for refund and when I go for my refund on 12th oct, 2015, Mr. Mayank said that there is no policy for refund, and on my registration slip it is clearly mention that, (you may withdraw your deposit (unless otherwise agreed) at any stage till the course is confirmed). But the Sir told me that I never gave your refund back, and also told me that we already confirm your course but i didn't get any confirmation before cancellation. First the mam is agree for cancellation and refund and after they refuse.
I also told Mr. Mayank that i want to talk to higher authority for this matter, but they told that i am the highest authority of this center and if you want to talk higher authority they put mail to our higher authority which is mention on our website.
I send many mail but they also told that your course is confirm.
But my course is not confirm till i cancelled my registration, i didn't received any call or message or any email for confirmation, in my registration slip it is clearly mention that a message or an email is treated as valid confirmation.
Kindly help me in this regard and help me to process my refund.
