I had sent high end instruments from my institute IIT Madras to Bangalore for repairing. But, consignment did not reach even after one month from the date of delivery. There website www.innovaexpress.com is a faulty one and never opened up even after multiple attempts. I realized this company is organized by some non professionals and they do not respond to any query and complaints.
