Worst parcel service i have seen ever... They told one thing and did one worst thing... For me... They delivered my bike after one week by damage with dent in the bike tank and the deliver it through a another one worst parcel service name kpn. So they don't have their own parcel service too... I said 2000 but they paid to kpn only 1600 and earned 400 profit and the damage my bike too and i myself went to kpn and take the bike by fighting with them for damage my bike... From this innova parcel service they didn't did any compensation for my damage bike.. I gave them my bike as new but they deliver it like a old bike with damage... So pls don't use this parcel service... Worste cheating fellows i have ever seen... Fraud...

My suitcase and box not delivered

Innova ecpress solutions had packed my luggage in Srm girls hostels on 27 Jan 2017. They had packed my black.suitcase and a box. I had paid 2850 and additional 150 rupees as pick up cost. But the news is that my luggage is still lying in the hostel and never picked up for delivery. They had promised to deliver In Kolkata on 6th Feb 2017. everytime i call them they say it will be picked up soon.I want my luggage as soon as possble in Kolkata.

AWB No. : 300493, there were 3 bags that I sent as a parcel through surface on volumetric basis for which they took Rs. 3800 and I sent it on 23rd September from Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai to Guwahati, Assam. And, yet no information about the parcel that where exactly it is. Whenever I do call the customer service, they don't respond well or else, they won't pick up the call. It's been already 2 and half months exactly and there's no sign of it. It's really so unfortunate and inconvenient! Now, there website is showing that the domain has expired. Please help!!

Consignment 300457 sent via innova express booked by a student of iit madras over 3 weeks back to bangalore not delivered. They have stopped taking calls and 24x7 customer care numbers are not picked up.
Many students by word of mouth have used their services to send their books and personal belongings.

Non - delivery of parcel and harassment caused due to unpunctual behaviour

I booked my parcel on 30 th may. The order number 300396 and 300397. From the past three days i am trying to contact them regarding my parcel and everyday someone picks up the call and tells that they will deliver tomorrow. The confirmed that the order will be delivered today i. E on 16 june and now they say that it will be delivered on next monday due to lot of congestion also want my photo id which has already been sent to them on 31st june.
They cant stand on their own word why do they apromise a delivery date. I regret sending my package through you.

I ve sent my house hold things from chennai to pune on 16th of February 2016.they promised me to deliver within a week. But still now they have not delivered my package. They keep on saying that still it's been in maharashtra border and some useless reasons. They r high end frauds pls dont these cheaters.

My consignment with AWB No. 103602 booked from IIITD&M Kancheepuram to Allahabad has not been delivered yet after more than 9 months. I would like to get some help from an expert of what I can do as a consumer in such a scenario. Please help. I have been calling the company consistently but to no use. Everyday they say, they will get back in a day or not but never respond.

Hi,
I the undersigned opted for pick pack and ship my refrigerator and other box full of household utensils (prestige gas stove/induction /Mixer/ utensils).I was assured that the delivery will happen within 3 days and charged me RS 1000 extra than committed. Further to non receipt of delivery I checked online there is no tracking status available and for the calls also Mr.Kapali as a default reply he will convey TUESDAY as delivery date .So many Tuesdays passed and still there is no news on consignment.Today was heights he was asking my number to return the call to update on delivery.This is atrocious, iam being taken for a ride.Neither did they respond nor did they took pain to inform why and where the delay is. On a dilemma I found this page through Google and am making an attempt in a hope I will get a positive response or no more customer should face the problem shifting there goods from Chennai to Kerala through in nova express solutions.Please accept my concern and provide justice to me.

So how many days did they take finally to deliver your item cause in my case they have already taken 1 month and 15 days and still there is no track of my delivery

I had sent high end instruments from my institute IIT Madras to Bangalore for repairing. But, consignment did not reach even after one month from the date of delivery. There website www.innovaexpress.com is a faulty one and never opened up even after multiple attempts. I realized this company is organized by some non professionals and they do not respond to any query and complaints. In future, I decided to stop sending any consignments through this Innova Express worst solutions.

My roommate has delivered my air conditioner from Chennai to my new address in Kolkata in June,2013. The AWB NO. for the consignment is "102092". Now, it's more than 3 months and still my consignment has not reached me and also there is no information regarding that. Till 2 months, whenever I use to call them, they use to tell me some story like it is stucked at Orissa border or it is stucked with the sales tax dept. etc. Every time they use to assure me that it will be delivered within a week. Now, from last 1 month these people are not even receiving my call and not responding to mails.
