Hi, my name is Gopal Debnath, I placed an order on 22/04/19 with order id 193953 for Heavy Duty Aluminium Folding Picnic Table & Chairs Set + Umbrella and paid in full, but as of now they didn't ship my product and there is no way to reach their customer care. I tried emailing them, raising ticket but no response, can anyone suggest if its a fake company or not?
