I ordered for 3 item vide their tax invoice no. 555961 on 22.04.2020 (Invoice No. INV[protected] against the order id 555961 for Rs. 2577/- but products not delivered by them. After so many calls they did not delivered even I have complaint to the nearest police station as well as Bhiwandi P.S but in vain. Kindly do the needful. My mobile no. is [protected],

      I ordered for iPhone 4s battery on 20/5/21, (paid by prepaid), order I'd -1284089, and I paid 458 RS, they didn't sent my product and I tried to contact and sent message but there is no response, as due to covid situation, there is limited options for payment (no cash on delivery)so that they can cheat people, I got 3 phone number if you call it says temporary out of service, sir, please help me for to refund my money, (www.insasta.com) I am asking to all pease don't buy any product from this site,

        I ordered for rs 2752 on 29th july 2021,
        they mentioned like it will be delivered in 3 to 5 days but i dint recieve anything. i call the customer care but the number is switched off all the time. then i mail them many times but no response from them . i got cheated

        Hi I received all the items today. I thought insasta was fake . But they sent all items. Only thing is no customer care support . A the number are switched off. No replies for mail.
        Finally I am not cheated . Very happy after receiving the items

                        With red to enclosed invoice I would like to state that I didn't received my ordered products.The payment is already done. I couldn't able to track the product also.

                        Therefore I request you to look in to the matter and help me in either getting my product or refund my amount. Otherwise I will have to file case against insasta.com
