I bought sh-12 blue tooth head phone from insasta.com. After 4 to 5 days of working, it has given me complaint that one head set not working. I immediately given complaint to return the product. But even after 7 days no one came to collect. I called up and asked them. They told me that i have send them by courier. So, i sent the product back by dtdc. Even after 20 days nothing was sent to me. When i tried to contact them over phone the phone is swithed off. When i tried to chat on line, they are asking courier no and when i give the courier no, they are keeping quiet and no response. Please see to return the product
