I ve Purchased the below Anycast Miracast HDMI Dongle Wifi Display Receiver M2 Android DLNA from mentioned website, i ve made online payment for the same,

after 1 week i recieved the Packet which was opened, even the product is also not working properly.

i ve requested many time to return the packet but no response,

please help to return the packet.
