Insasta.com — insasta.com sold me a defective product and now not responding

I bought a product chromecast from insasta.com on 20th jul'19. Order id #284431.

It was defective, i placed a return request on their website, with no response from their side. Return id #4484.

I have sent the product within the timelines. I tried contacting them over the phone however all their numbers are not in service. They are also not responding through chat or e-mail.
