Insasta.com — not able to cancel my order

They are fraudsters. I have place an order with them of earphones and paid the money as well. They have not provided any tracking facility and later i came to know that it is a fake chinese product so i sent them a mail for cancellation of order but they are neither replying on mail nor on phone and i haven't received my earphones yet. What actions can i take against them please help.
