Insasta — Item not dispatched and no refund

Hi,

I ordered my item from insasta.com website. Till now order is not shipped it's been 2-3 months. But, even after lockdown is lifted order is not shipped???
No response yet from them...

Vile piece of filth...

I am facing same issue. Their phone is switched off and zero response on reminder emails.
