Insasta — no delivery of order#626146

I have ordered few items for my household on 28/05/2020, but there are no response since then. The given phone number [protected] is switched off. Thrice i asked for a feedback on the chat windows on their website, there is no response.

What i the status? Can you confirm if the items ordered will be delivered sooner?
