Insasta — no refund of money on return of product, no one responding to query

I bought a product chromecast from insasta.com on june 30. Order id 272457.

It was defective, i placed return request twice at two days gap on their website, with no response from their side. Return id #4416

Then i chatted regarding that on their website, and they told me to return the product, courier it back to them, then they will give me a coupon code to help buy another product. I did that sent the courier on 11th july that reached them on 13th july. But no response from their side.

When i tried to chat multiple times, no response from their side, no response to my mails to their email address. And the phone they provided on website does not exist!!!

It is really frustrating.
