Insasta — they are cheaters

I have purchased two nos. Of mi band 2 from this portal and paid at delivery. The moment i opened one found it is fake product, informed company they replied on whatsapp to send them back on own cost, they will refund,
I have returned order no.20133 on 24th august. They received my product in august 2017, now no one responds on mail, phone or whatsapp, now it is 3 months they not want to refund my money.

They are theam of criminals, sales fake product with impressions of original and not willing to return money paid for that after receiving back.
