I placed an order on amazon for phone on 7th may 2022. The payment mode was HDFC no swipe EMI. I chose the tenure for 24 months and for the payment i was asking to enter my PAN details and phone number for user setup. Post that, the order was placed. No money was deducted from my debit card, so i was little skeptical about the order.
Today, when i checked the order status on Amazon, they product is cancelled. I checked with customer support team and they said they have not received the payment hence they cancelled the order. Now when i login to instacred home page and check my transaction history, i see an active EMI. I checked with HDFC bank and they said they are unable to fetch any details and they are not the right team.
So, could you please deactivate the EMI as there is no product?
