I haven't done ani cashless emi transactions but I received 24k transaction has happened by using my debit card using instacred. I blocked my debit Card and informed my hdfc bank....

1.puchased through kotak debit card on March 4 worth 24297 a combo order in that I have cancelled
16999 worth product
2.flipkart has confirmed about refund
3.there is no reply from instacred
4.already paid 1st month emi without having product pls.. inform me how my problem get solve

I placed an order on amazon for phone on 7th may 2022. The payment mode was HDFC no swipe EMI. I chose the tenure for 24 months and for the payment i was asking to enter my PAN details and phone number for user setup. Post that, the order was placed. No money was deducted from my debit card, so i was little skeptical about the order.

Today, when i checked the order status on Amazon, they product is cancelled. I checked with...

1. A Myntra purchase through 'card less EMI' via InstaCred led to the opening of a personal loan account in my name without my consent.
2. To cancel this loan I cancelled the order. The amount was refunded to Instacred by Myntra
3. Instacred is yet to process this refund and send it to the loan account, as Bank of Baroda officials are unable to see any credit amount reflected in the loan account.
4. Absolutely shoddy...

I have an EBC card and its number is [protected]. And its status is Active.
But when I try to login on instacred, with my registered mobile number [XXXXX00265],
It shows that this number is not registered with our lending partners.
Why is it showing on instacred?
Please register my number to instacred.

Hi instacred Team,

Myself surajit. I made an online purchase of 5797.68 rupees from myntra using instacred. However due to some unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel my order and post that myntra has confirmed about refund. However there was no confirmation at your end and as you didn’t cancel the loan yet, HDFC has already charged me first month EMI that is 1012 rupees. This is sheer harassment of public trust.

I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for amazon from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. It's been almost 2 days passed but no responses yet.

Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point....
