Instagram Seller - Tanzeela Shah — Counterfeit products /fake products causing harm to my skin

This is a seller on instagram whom i contacted and brought cosmetic products of around 20 thousand . I firstly received 3 products amounting to inr 6250 2 months back out of which i returned one which was a fake and asked to get someother product in replacement ...Then i received 4 more products recently which were again all fake ...I told her to cancel my other order and refund all my money. She agreed to refund the 13k but not the remaining inr 6250 as it has been 2 months. ..The products are all fake as i got them checked from an authentic selller yesterday and are brought out from a chinese website called aliexpress..Which sells counterfiet products of high end brands...I also got a reaction from using those products.At first i thought it was just my skin..Bt later on i came to know they are fakes..Which lead to burning of my skin on application. The seller still says all of her products are authentic while they are not

I request a refund of the original amount as well as compensation caused for the harm caused to my skin by using fake products.
