Once I ordered products from AliExpress of about ₹3000. It contains approx 10 products. None of them ever delivered, I waited for more than 2 months, opened dispute too, from which I have got refunded for some items and declined for others and results into account ban. I want my money back and also unban my account for future orders.

I bought this amplifier from DOUK AUDIO OFFICAL STORE on 6 December 2022, and received it promptly and in good condition. It worked well. However, on 28 June 2023 the amplifier started making a loud noise, and started burning inside. I switched it off immediately and let it cool down, but after that it stopped working.
