I placed an order on them for Cartier sunglasses for Rs. 7199/-. The product supplied was 100% fake. I cancelled the order and asked for the refund which they agreed though email in writing. Fedex people came and took the reverse shipment. Then I followed up for my payment and they confirmed through email dated 2nd september 2014 that the money has been deposited in my account on 29th August 2014. However, no money has been received till now and i am regularly following up and they are not even responding now. I have filed a complained with the Department of Consumer Affairs as well.
