    On June 26th I made a payment of Rs.850 as application fee for the crp rrb ofiice assistant exam via UPI(ref.no.[protected].Money was deducted from the bank but the IBPS website showed the transaction was a failure.
    so I had to make the payment twice. I kindly request you to look into to this matter and ensure the refund of money

      The money has been debited from my account but the status of the ibps site is fees unpaid for both the post office assistant and officer scale - I. I do transactions via paytm and I also received the deducted amount messages from my account.

          On 24 june 2022, i made a payment for RRB CLERK of Rs. 850 through UPI method but on ibps website it was still showing unpaid, later my friend made a payment for me. Now, i made a double payment of Rs 1700. So kindly i request IBPS to refund my amount.

            Sir, I'd applied for IBPS RRB PO on June, 22 2022 but when I'd submitted my application Fee of Rs. 850, then amount had got debited from my bank but on the website it said, "the transaction you last attempted was not completed". Later when i used again paytm method, then payment was successfully submitted. But for the same application I paid 2 times, so kindly refund the paytm upi money that was debited. I thought it would be automatically...

Payment will be successful it give the payment receipt that payment will be success . But no any email/Sms confirmation will be come to me.This is my transaction I'd : T2206171029452115661057. Solve the problem of all candidate of payment related. Poor Helpline Service of IBPS Staff : I will call for taking enquiry i will call for approx 40 min .                       Sir, I'd applied for IBPS RRB PO on June, 18, but when I'd submitted my application Fee of Rs. 850, then amount had got debited from my bank but on the website it said, "the transaction you last attempted was not completed". Later when i used paytm method instead of billdesk, then payment was successfully submitted. But for the same application I paid 2 times, so kindly refund the billdesk money that was debited. I thought it would be automatically refunded to my account so I waited for two days still I didn't received the refund. So please refund the amount to my account. Thanks.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have filled BIS RECRUITMENT 2022 Form on 29.04.2022 and made payment of Rs 500. But the merchant site showed as payment failed but my bank statment and UPI platform showed that payment has been successfully made to the merchant. Please help me resolve this and get me back my refund asap.

                                    I made my application payment through ibps website for application of ECGC PO application on 20th April 2022 around 2pm, i scanned the QR CODE of rs 175 from my SBI YONO app payment was successful but the website of IBPS was not redirected to the acknowledgement slip page i waited for 5 minutes. I then repeated the same process of login on the IBPS website and went to the payment page and this time I paid through the UPI ID of SBI YONO app and same thing happened, amount of 175 was deducted by i was not redirected to the acknowledgement slip page. A total of 350rs deducted. And third time when i changed the payment method altogether then the application was submitted. But two times my money i.e 175rs and 175rs was failed and it has not reversed yet. Please help me get it reversed. Thank you
