[Resolved]  Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — paid the exam fees twice as there is no acknowledgement of the 1st payment

I have paid for the ibps po exam via scanning the qr code but it doesn't show in the payment page although the amoubt has been deducted. Later i have done the payment through upi and it's done and acknowledged.. So i have paid it twice.. Plz help me to refund the 1st payment.
