Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [IBPS] — Regarding Payment status as unpaid

My application number is - [protected] and password is 22-11-03. I have registered for ibps po exam 2025 and i did paid through bhim app on 20 july and the transaction id is[protected] to upi ID [protected]@mairtel and the application shows the payment status as unpaid on 20 july. And, i tried to download the application form again on 19-8 but the end date is 12-8. And, while i am logging in ibps on 19-8 to download admit card it shows invalid credentials. I request the ibps to solve my issue whether refund or redownload application with paid status please.
