Institute of Chartered Accountants of India — amount debited from bank account but registration not successful

I was registering myself as an article assistant with the institute of chartered accountants of india. ₹ 2000 was deducted from my sib bank account [protected] for registration fees but the registration was not successful. When i tried to register again i was asked make the payment again.
Transaction id:[protected]. The amount has still not been credited back to my account. Please clarify.
