Subject: - Fraud made with me by Imperial institute Of Clinical Research, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

I.I.C.R Ahmedabad is Fraud Institute which was conducting course related to Clinical Research.
I did my “Clinical Data Management “course from imperial Institute of Clinical Research. and I had given them 1, 50, 000 Rupees for my education and placement in Clinical Data Management Industry .
I.I.C.R made fraud with me as well as many students like me.
First time, when marketing person of I.I.C.R “Mr. Abhijeet Bhattacharya” called me on 4th May.
He told me “About Clinical Research “and then asked about my Education and Family Background .He told me that they have only few seat left for this course and I give positive response to him Because he told my parent he will do my placement within Maharashtra Region after completing this course .
My parent said no to me and I made mistake not listening my parents.
On 5th and 6th May he called minimum 25 times .and then after he said me to deposit Rs20, 000 on their Bank Account I replied “before giving money I want to confirm about your institute, so I am coming to your Institute on 14th May” then also he called me every day to confirm is it I am coming or not?
I went to Ahmedabad on 16th May.
At Ahmedabad IICR first time I met with Mrs. Drashti what she told me that I.I.C.R is having tie up with Big Industry in Clinical Research. When I asked to show that document related to tie up with those industries she not given any answer and told me this is personal information which cannot be shown to any one without applicable authority.
I.I.C.R uploaded very high class images on their web site. But reality is different.
They uploaded very high class accommodation facility but in reality they provided us very bad accommodation. This is located at vastrapura area .behind SBI Bank.
When I ask her “I want to talk with current batch student” she told me they were doing their luch.
And no one show me accommodation facility.
From that day I am not got any call from I.I.C.R even for Inauguration also they just send E-mail to everyone .even I was not knowing about my class student also at that time.
On 16th May when I visited that Institute 1st time they given me one paper which contain details of Fess installments and “Rules and Regulation”
That 1st paper doesn`t contain any rule about academic and percentage.
In IICR Ahmedabad every Rules come after our payment. So till 22nd June I didn`t have any idea about Academic Rules, Exam Rules, Workshop Rules.
When I asked Mr. Abhijeet about that things he given me example of Organizational industries But I think “Organizations are different then Institute”
An IICR Ahmedabad is not an organization it`s a simply Institute which is not affiliated by any University.
In That paper they given 12 rules no one is related to study and exam. And also about fees refund.
They said In Rule 8 the website of the institution is correct. So I checked their website and current accommodation. This is fake statement given by IICR Ahmedabad in their paper as well as on website.
And ask them about their Information Brochure. Because they didn`t given any information Brochure to Us.
Sir after few days we met one student of last batch who not got placement from I.I.C.R
We had chat with him and we came to know about reality some student decided to cancel their admission and they did that but 1 girl not got her money back. when she came with her parent I.I.C.R female staff not responded to her parents demand instead of positive approach they use arrogant language and blackmail them by telling that her parent behave badly with institute female and they will file case by using this fake issue in police so that girls parent not came again at this Institute.
During our meeting with HOD and Owner of I.I.C.R we demand for paper of those student who got placement from I.I.C.R they took 2 Hr. for searching those paper when they came to class we found that they showed us fake placement paper and I asked some question related to those paper one man
Krushnandu Sinha (placement Head) came towards me like he want to hit me and he used dirty language. After that Abhijeet taken me outside the class and convince me on that issue.

And Another Paper Given by I.I.C.R Ahmedabad to us on 21st June.
The subject of that paper is related to our Placement Guarantee.
But in that paper they wrote that “we ascertain your placement” we means I.I.C.R
And that time they inform us about their Academic Rules which are impossible to cross.
Rule Number 4) Securing minimum 65% in all tests is compulsory.
If they told me this rule before my Admission I will never think to take admission to such type of institute.
Because this is an Institute which is not affiliated by any university and they are only commanding body. No one is ahead to ask them.
They decide your marks and pass/fail Result. If anyone like me do some activity against them then it`s sure they will never pass me. But they passed me on boundary I got my result of APGD in Clinical Data Management via E-mail They given me Passing marks while I know that I can get more marks than they given may be due to my Blog they reduced my mark. But it`s fine to me Because even Many of Last batch`s students also not get placed from I.I.C.R, Some doing their job but they got job on their own efforts
What I.I.C.R Ahmedabad told about placement when I entered in to their Institute?
“We just polish you and trained you up to the mark then to clear interview is your own responsibility”
Sir we are not giving that much money for hearing sentences like that anyone can do this without class no need to pay such a huge amount for this thing only and not 1.5 lakhs for things like that.
They convince me a lot because they are master in that thing even they will convince died people also.
This is the main power of IICR management team member they are best in convincing even they made me fool also even I asked all things and I also have chance to left that institute on day 3 I did silly mistake
One of the paper which I have with me which was given by I.I.C.R to me on my 1st visit that tells many things which IICR not given us up till now.
In that paper they write that like
Placement: 100% placement Guidance would provided to students
And in one E-mail which wrote by one of the I.I.C.R member to me before taking admission at that Institute contain sentence like
Placement: 100% Guarantee would provide to students.
So this way they made me foolish.
And they write that “3 months Training Certificate from the Company where student will complete practical Training
But In Reality they send us at Institute name as “Moksha Bioscience” in Hyderabad.
During my training I call many times at I.I.C.R for my rights.
Because I want to complete my training in industry not in Institute but not got any reply from them and I wrote one Blog Again this type of fraud done by Institute. And I.I.C.R sent me court notice at my home when I was learning in their Institute. Even they not inform me for that matter.
My family came in tension and they called me to come home because they are afraid due to this notice.
My parent thought they will harm me physically if I stay there in Hyderabad.
So I left that institute in 1st month of training and I wrote one e mail regarding my Fee Refund and called I.I.C.R Director as well as those marketing person for same issue but no one received my phone call.
After that I did not have any type of Educational Certificate as well as my Refundable Fees from Them.
So I write this entire in consumer compliant for helping Student then also I.I.C.R sent court notice to my friend who initially writes that Consumer Complaint Mr. Subhod yadav.
Sir I want your organization help to stop such a Fake & Fraud Institute.

Today on 22 May I have checked IICR official web site they had removed many things which were uploaded during our time..many staff have changed but no one responding my call .

Friends I am going to post it again because I want to alert you from making huge mistake ..
