Regarding security deposit Rs.10,000

This is regarding security deposit of rs. 10,000 which our institute took from us at the time of admission and promised us to reimburse at the time of graduation. I graduated in Aug-2010 and it is almost 5 months, still I have not received the deposit fees.

I am Mr. Ankur Mistry, student of ICRI Ahmedabad campus(2007-09 batch). I have completed MSc in Clinical research from Ahmedabad campus.

This is regarding deposit of 10,000 rupees that ICRI take on time of admission. I have completed the course before more than one year and for the same purpose i have approached ICRI ahmedabad campus repeatetly but till date i have received nothing from campus....

have completed MSc in Clinical research from Ahmedabad campus.

salary not paid for faculty members

ICRI runs teaching programs in 4 metros. I have worked with ICRI for some time. I resigned, I have No Dues Form from them, relieving letter given, but, till now last 1.5 months salary has not been given by them. 1 year's LTA & Medical reimbursement component of the salary has not been given. They did not respond to my mails for past 6.5 months. Their Corporate Office is in Defence Colony, New Delhi. I worked in Mumbai campus.Where...
