Hi,

I have passed out of ICE batch 130 acting class in July 2023.
It has been 1.7 years and I have still not received my refundable security deposit back. I have contacted the payment department multiple times and the head of ICE Richa mam but they are not returning my money back. This is highly unprofessional and illegal.
Please return my money back ASAP.

Someone named Karan Sharma claiming to be the creative Head of balaji telifilms asked to pay for the artist card as he shortlisted me for a role and then gave the wrong link and did not pick up the phone again. He didnot provide the receipt and asked for 5200 again when asked for the proof of earlier payment he stopped picking up the phone and not refunding the money.

Hello I am Kushagra Shrivastava . 1 year ago( 23 December ) 2015 i gave a admission and select in ICE Balaji from Delhi branch in advertising and i had paid amount of 1, 80000 rs and my course was completed in mumbai branch . my course was completed in march 1 week 2015 .
My course has been complete in march 1 week but my security deposit has been not received yet . even i was called the ice branch director of Delhi( his name is Partha bose ) his not received my phone and email regarding my SD . and other person also not received my call .
Today is 25jan 2016 and i has been not received my SD( 30, 000 ) yet from Delhi Office . So many time I tried contacting with mr. partha and I didn't get proper response from any of your institute people. I called Deepika ( Human resource ) so many times regarding this but she is disconnecting my call or else putting my call on hold.
I Kindly request please help me asap.

There is a lady named Radhika who picks up the phone at ICE institute who compares the course with T shirts and tries to sell it which is absolutely wrong marketing. She is so rude, she has no manners of how to talk to a customer.. When i refused to do the course, she abused me.. When i called her back to ask her how dare she talk to me like that..instead of apologizing she argued with me and put down the phone...how can u guys employ such people as a receptionist? she is not even worthy of being a peon.She was forcing me to pay up 20, 000 n call my parents for a meeting with her.. such greedy people.. Anupam Kher's actors prepare course is so genuine and at least in the website they are transparent about the prices..here nothing is given on the website which means there are hidden costs involved. I haven't been a part of the institute per say so I won't comment on its quality but what kind of people are recruiting as front office managers? who will join this institute having such nasty people like this woman...??? People like her spoil the name of the institute itself!!

A company is contacting people by the alias of Balaji Telefilms, ( website domain: www.balajicastingroles.co.in, email: [protected]@balajicastingroles.co.in ) and asking for their photographs for acting roles. On receiving photos they ask to deposit Rs. 4000 immediately in their account. Their email address and website is not related to the original Balaji Telefilms firm, and the DNS lookup provides info that the registered company is located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

This institute is fake. It is not even run by Balaji Telefilms. They have permission of just using the logo and brand name to befool people. The faculty is either lazy or crazy, always obssessed with themselves and trying to skip teaching. Moreover there is no practicals in the course. Only class room talk. At the end of the course you will be hepled in no way to finish your diploma. There are many harassing norms you have to follow. br...

i thought the supreme court had forbidden ill treatment of animals. but balaji telefilms aires a soap called kasturi on starplus whre it was shown a woman kiran takes a fish out of an auqurium and fries it. it was inhiman. it would have made PETA to sue this company. i would like to see legal actions taken against ektaa kapoor for violating a coutrt order. yours sincerely amrita sengupta
