[Resolved] DMC EmergeTech Services — Failed to give Job after Medical Transcription Training | |||
Dear friends, For purpose of writing this because I would like to inform you that ‘DMC Emergtech Services’ which is famous for Medical Transcription training is not good as I thought. He lied and failed to give job to their students those who successfully complete course with really hard work. I observed there is lots of partiality going. Company owner/teachers near people and relatives get job in this company easily. But they are not helped other students who pay fees and successfully done training in their company. I joined 6 month course of Medical Transcription and I practiced 8 hours everyday at this institute. After I complete this course with good accuracy they denied to give me Live Medical Transcription work which is for 3 months and after this they provide job if student do Medical Transcription work with good accuracy in their company. But they did not with me and many with my colleagues. They gave me (and my colleague also) excuse is that I am not much good in accuracy as per their need. They want 80+ accuracy which is not possible for every person to gain. Initial stage hard worker students can gain around 50+ or less accuracy in Medical Transcription work. Out of 50 students only 7 Medical Transcription students get good job and rest of them students left this field. This is the fact of this Medical Transcription field. When I went to other companies for to join Medical Transcription job they said 85+ accuracy is must for to get job in this company. Every company gave me this type statement. And when I knew this company where I went for interview. They gave job to 3 Medical Transcriptionist people who are fresher as mine. They got job because their relatives doing job in this company. THAT’S FUNNY FOR ME. I mean who worked hard and gained better accuracy than these 4 Medical Transcriptionist people. (These students also complete this course form this company/institute) As per I took opinion from Senior Medical Transcriptionist people who have around 10+ years experience and quite much earn. They exposed fact of this field. They says there is not as much scope as 5 years back (from 2012) scope in this field. Because all files done online and submit on company’s committed time, this is the reality of this field. 5-6 years back Transcriptionist got all files at morning and they submit all these files in the evening. So they were get lots of time to correct this file and submitted good accuracy files because fresher Medical Transcriptionist people get ample time for to correct this file. THIS FACT MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT KNOW. I suffered but I don’t want other people suffer as mine. So if you really want to join this field after this message. Then please meet 3-4 Senior Medical Transcriptionist people and get opinion for to take Medical Transcription as a carrier. I am sure you will know reality after their opinion or after done this course. I think without wasting my precious time. I joined other course which will give me guaranteed carrier if I work hard. Well, maybe you are true. I was also a student of DMC. I also ran the same way as you did. But you should use your own mind while dealing things. I know, they don’t give job but other companies do. But for getting a job in Medical transcription field one has to give accuracy or at least willing to work hard. If you do not have accuracy or else you think you are accurate then have guts to say I do not have accuracy and I want to work hard. Beware to have a good financial condition or else you have to devote yourself to this field. True DMC do not give a job because they need above 80% accuracy but the training of the company is great, I appreciate. As for the job, accuracy is the key. However, this is my personal opinion do not mind me, I am not favoring anyone. Tips for getting job in DMC
1. Ask every doubt with the teacher because you have given money, utilize it.
2. They are not saying to come and join the course.
3 For new students, please do not sign their rules and regulations page without reading and understanding discuss each and every line written there and if you do not like any rule tell them that you are not joining the course (lol).
3. Tell them that you will pay only after you are confident that you can do it, never be over confident.
4. Ask them for aptitude test.
5. Remember no one can make you a successful MT other than you yourself.
