Institution Of Engineers India [Iei] — membership from amie to fie

I applied for membership for up-gradation from amie to fie and paid fee on 17th march 2020.in view of lock down i did not consult your office. Now my other colleagues have received their membership cards and i did not. I handed over the application in institution engineers khairatabad hyderabad.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
