I am writing to urgently follow up on my previous inquiries regarding the refund of my payment for FIE application No.[protected]. On February 3, 2025, I was informed that a cheque was issued on January 21, 2025, and sent to my designated address. However, I have not received any additional details about the cheque, such as the cheque number, the address it was sent to, or the courier used for delivery.

Despite sending three separate requests for this information, I have yet to receive a response. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience, and I kindly ask for the necessary details to be provided as soon as possible.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful if you could confirm the status of my refund or provide the requested information.

24-June-2023 : i online applied for upgrade of Membership form M to F, further answered to queries raised with supporting documents towards annual renumeration greater than minimum perquisites and also professional attainments in past two and half decades...!

Escalating the concern as have received email towards rejection of my application...!!!

I had applied for inspection of answerscript with receiving number[protected], I had written very well but I was given only 32 marks now I only need 3marks for passing. As my grades were good in previous papers and I only need 3 marks for getting a D grade, please give me 3 grace marks.

Application for Professional Engineer (PE) was submitted through registered post (Indian Postal service) last in February.
I am working in Canada as geotechnical engineer since 2007, currently with BIG Consulting Inc.
Was civil project engineer in India from 1984 to 2007, with semi-govt department A.P.State Housing Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad.
All the relevant documents were provided as requested in the email from IEI....

Hi Sir,

Am not able to apply for Summer 2022 exam online it says unfit for exam and when I contacted IEI they said your 6term validation is expired on Winter 2021 exam now you can't do anything. You would not be able to continue further.
What should I do now to complete the course?

I m Renu here. Membership no. =ST575297-9 . I had applied for re registration in aug 2021.till now winter 2021 examination not held. How many attempts i got.?otherwise i want my re registration fee back. This AMIE is very tortureable.. I lost sec b due to lack of information about year boundation. But atleast project practical should be considered.

I'm Sk Afroz Hussain, AMIE Reg. No. ST652252-7 has appeared in winter 2020 exams with roll no.706221.

I have failed in MN-411 subject with E grade for which I have submitted an application for reverification of my answer script with a DD of 500rs after declaration of the result

The DD amount has been encashed but i didn't received any confirmation or reverification details till now

I have tried to call many times to the concerned numbers but no one has answered the calls

After this I have given a mail to apply for exams and write it as the verification process is delayed
If my result declared pass I will refunfed the amount
After I attended the exam they have mailed me as that there is no change in the results

As the application States that i have to go in person for verification of my answer script but it didn't happened and they are making all my money for their own purpose and giving me mentally pressures

I the member of Institution of engineers (India) Mr. Aniket V. Latke ST[protected], I preparing and attending exam from last 2 years for the single subject of Analysis and design of structure because of which my degree is pending and From last summer examination I was paid for exam but exam were cancelled in Mumbai, so I unabled to gave the examination for the subject. This time also the same is going to happened I have paid 3500 for single subject at summer 2020. I applied for membership for up-gradation from amie to fie and paid fee on 17th march 2020.in view of lock down i did not consult your office. Now my other colleagues have received their membership cards and i did not. I handed over the application in institution engineers khairatabad hyderabad.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

I have submitted my application for senior technician on 26th july 2019 even after continuous follow up with finance and membership department no membership number is been allotted to me till date that is 4-2-2020 membership department fellow is so rude, when raised question about non performance asked to write to seniors no efforts have been made to resolve the issue from institutes end. They don't even entertain query mails from students

Ii had applied (Application ref #[protected] for upgradation of my membership from amie to mie in 2012 and paid a fees of @ 4500 irs towards the same.
Now since i am working in kuwait for the past 20 years, my application was rejected in 2012 on grounds that since i am nri, the application money had to be paid in us dollars (240) but since the amount is not affordable, i made a registered letter application to member secretary to cancel my application (Not interested to upgrade membership) and kindly refund the fees paid.
Due to long inaction, i again made a request through email to mr bhowmick (Iei, kolkata) and in 2018, i received email from mr nikhilesh chakraborty (Supdtt membership deptt) but the refund is not yet made.in this context i request the assistance of consumer complaints to kindly do the needful

This is to bring to your notice that i would like to complain against the amie exam centre of kharagpur. This is came to know from many of my friends circle that every students appeared there for clearing the exams as soon as possible as invigilators present there allowed unfair means (Cheating directly from books also)& they don't prohibit students to do so. Obviously students appeared there score more, clear amie early and get a good grade. We, who gave exam with honesty in other centres get low marks and this effects in our career also. I know one student who is appearing this time in kharagpur centre just to clear exam by not studying and with cheat paper.

I believe you will take necessary action about equality in each exam center so that we can keep trust in fairness of your exam process.
