Institution Of Engineers India [Iei] — unable to contact

My name is lalita goswami., my membership no is st 638692-5. I have been contacting exam cell since last 4 days i. E after declaration of results section - b os summer 2017. As my result is not been generated, for result is being withheld due less fee. I have given exams and i want results. I just want to know the criteria to sumbitt the remaining fee and know the result. No one is picking up the phone call at office neither any one replied to my mail. So kindly do the needfull.
