Instyle Interiors — purchase of sofa set

The said unit in the name of i style participated in exhibition held at surat where i booked sofa set on advance payment of rs. 5000/- and promised to take delivery within two years (Till date which is not completed). The said unit also promised that if i do not like need sofa set they will provide another item upto rs. 5000/-. Thereafter nowadays while i am calling them no one responded. I have tried to contact since 7-8 months nobody responded. Today i made contact of the person who says his name rahul shah, employee of instyle (Originally i style) who speaks like a boss and say that they will not manufacturing any other item (However earlier they promised to supply another item). He said that they are manufacturing sofa set only and hence they could not supply mercedes benz (Which is never demanded).

In nutshell this company is created only for the sole purpose to cheat the person and collect money in advance. Now, he denied to refund any amount or supply any other things upto rs. 5000/-.

This complaint is lodged to aware the public to do away from this kind of person/company whose sole purpose to cheat the innocent person.
