[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation Pvt. Ltd. — Wrong Information given

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you i have received call IHO Hyd Branch and they explained about Health Policy and taken a policy from IHO, after i paid the payment through HDFC Credit Card i have received call verification Department they have explained about policy there is total miss match about the policy. i cleary inform to verification department please cancel my policy because Hyderabad Branch team are given wrong information about the policy. i have given against Hyderabad team to Delhi Head Office :[protected] even i call 4 to 5 times but no responses from Head Office also given i clearly mentioned that i will give complaint against IHO but no responses. i have received My credit card bill this month including 1st emi. With reference to your complaint, we wish to bring to your kind notice that the transaction in question was cancelled and reversed by IHO. However, the reversal process is expected to be completed within 3 - 5 working days from now. It may be mentioned that the status of the case was apprised to you on 8th October 2013 via e-mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com as registered on IHO online portal. Requesting you to kindly coordinate with your respective bank for further status of the reversal after the stipulated period.
