Intarvo Technologies — company listed as subjective hiring list hp

I have worked for intravo on behalf of agc during[protected]. The thing is that i have been elected for the of the organization hiring processes and cleared all sort of technical round however hr has cancelled my candidature stating that intarvo falling under subjective list companies which could be bgv check issue.

Could you please help me in order to mitigate or overcome this particular non-consideration.

Why this become non-consideration??
If this actually a non-consideration could you help me get another exp. Letter from agc so that it would not become an issue in future for me.
