Intelenet Global Services — harassing a customer calling multiple times

How could a company like intelenet global services share customers personal details with their agents so that they can call us from their personal cell phone i've been receiving minimum 8 calls in a day on behalf of sbi from intelenet credit card sales team agents have been given a liberty to call from their personal cell phone and harass customers. This is outrageously unprofessional and unethical if i get another call i am not just going to raise it here but also ensure that it gets raised in twitter facebook instagram and as well as the court.

Never thought a company like intelenet global services could ever be so casual towards its customers ironic and pathetic
