My name is Ruchi Badoni I have worked with Intelenet global services waggle state Mumbai for 1 year from[protected] due to some personal issues I have to reallocate to uttarakhand so I was not able to collect it from office HR told me that I will get it via mail but I did not received it my employee code was [protected] and main process was ICICI DIRECT
kindly please provide me my relieving letter

I was an employee of Intelenet global services -AKR Techpark, Garvebhavipalya, Bangalore location. from 23rd June 2015 to 1st June 2016. Emp id :[protected], Process - ATV Verification department, Designation : PROCESS TRAINER.

Was marking exit on the PF website, i am getting the below error.
" No contribution was recieved, Date of exit updation is not possible, Please contact your employer".

Have attached the screenshot for the same.

Sent an email but no response.Request you to please help me with this.

Hi this is ajay wagh and my emp id was 617656 &, pfb:-mh/94725/196598. I was working with serco bpo in aurangabad as a (Csa). Many times i am trying to withdraw my pf amount but getting some error. And error is employers detailed not mention it means my joining date and reliving date not update in epfo portal. That's why i can't withdraw so please this is my humble request to respected hr please update my detail and resolve my issue

I am writing this e mail regarding deactivation of pf account attached with intelnet global services, since am unable to apply my previous employment pf. Request your extended support on pf account deactivation tied up with igs. I was unable to continue employment with igs due to personal reasons and was out of town (Kerala). I hereby regret to inform my absence to job and was unaware on pf account activation in igs. Contacted my known supervisor working in igs, wherein he consulted the concern department and intimated me. Pf account attached with igs is not in active status. But still it's reflecting active while logging in. Request your extended support and do the needful on high precedence.

Mohammed tawaf, as discussed with him i had exam end of the month after completing my notice period manager requested me to extend for 1 more month and he'll give me leave when my exam start he agree for it then i extended for 1more month as he agree. My name is vighnesh santosh gupta, im worked in intelenet global services in goregawn nesco, my emp id is -277226, but the team of intelenet not updated my father name in epfo portal so im unable to withdrawal my pf amount im complaint so many times in that company and make a mail to senier authority but no action taken by them. They are reply on mail, its complaint pending from last 4 months. Please take some necessary action against this.. Thanks

I got a call from an intelenet associate named askhay bhaigade claiming that he is offering sbi prime, elite and simply save card with no annual charges plus the applicant will receive a amazon gift voucher of rs. 3000.

Apart from that he said all these cards will get 2 movie tickets free every month, free airport lounge access and 10x bonus points on online purchase.

We have received our cards and now have been charged with annual fees, intelenet is claiming false benefits to sell sbi cards, i want sbi to please have a look in this matter and take appropriate action.

How could a company like intelenet global services share customers personal details with their agents so that they can call us from their personal cell phone i've been receiving minimum 8 calls in a day on behalf of sbi from intelenet credit card sales team agents have been given a liberty to call from their personal cell phone and harass customers. This is outrageously unprofessional and unethical if i get another call i am not just going to raise it here but also ensure that it gets raised in twitter facebook instagram and as well as the court.

Never thought a company like intelenet global services could ever be so casual towards its customers ironic and pathetic

My name is priya and i was earlier working with intelenet global services i last left the job in the month of august 2018 bt its almost 3months i havent got my fnf because of that i am unable to withdraw my pf also. I am continuosly trying to call to intelenet but i am unable to. People are just doing time pass. Hi my name is prerana working with intelenet global services cunningham road branch in sigma mall 1st floor bangalore. On friday my unit manager his name is syed thajamul pasha left office at 8:30pm wherein i reached home around 10:00pm and that's not the time to go home and moreover he treats us like a puppets and slaves to him and that to around 8:30he got a call from his manager so he left us... And in that time there is no safety for girls and moreover if something happens he is not responsible and in home they scolded and said not to go to office that's the reason i dint turn up to office and have informed him and yesterday i had dropped him a message stating that i want to continue the job he dint respond in spite in front of other employees he has read the message.. And when we came he just sent to word with trainer garima that sent them out and we tried to contact asm as he dint respond, and they dint even accept our resignation and we pleaded that we want to continue the job but went in vain and if suddenly
They take out of office how does it seems even we have commitment that's the reasons we have joined... I hope i get a resolution for this and action will be taken on the same...

Hey.. This is Amar here.. I've worked with Intelenet Thane for 4 months and could not continue to work due to some genuine health issues.. Now.. As its been well over a Year since I joined them.. I still can't locate any PF from Intelenet Global Services.. I can see the names and the amount of the other companies that I've worked for but there's nothing about Intelenet at all.. I feel they never created my pf account.. I really would appreciate...

I worked with intelenet global services pvt. Ltd. (Address-c-126, industrial area, phase-8, mohali (Punjab) reffer to ge sbi. I worked from 24 feb 2016-september 2016. I filled up the pf form in september 2016, again in 21 july 2017. They had given me the time of six months and told it is in progress status. Again, i filled up pf form 5 october 2018. Still, i am not able to get my pf. My pf number is hr/25297/99882. I call for pf a number of times but there is no response. I am also not able to check pf status on website.
Plese do the needful.

Request you to take immediate action against such fraud people.

But later i consulted to sbi bank and they told me this info. Is incorrect he told the benifit of mixture of 2-3 card and also processing fees will be charged. I have left intelenet global services in november 2016 and had submitted the pf form in november 2017.
I was informed by intelenet that the epf amount would be credited in 3 months however, more than 5 months have passéd and i still have not received the epf refund. I am not happy with the services as your phone lines are always bussy and can never get an update.
I would request you to look into the matter at the earliest

Unethical code of conduct
1) no permanenet letter is given even after 6months probaton. No salary slips given.
No sick leaves given... No rules and regulations explained by comany

2) asking for aadhar card details without letting employees know

3) tl is indecent, unapproachable, harasses... Does not support in times of any problem

4) no cctv cameras on floor cafeteria and we come rotational shifts as women.

5) sick leaves not given and warning given even when one gves medical...

6) work harassment, sexual harassment and no respect for employees... At intelenet global services...

I joined the company in 2009 and left in 2012. I am not getting any help regarding my pf and i have tried calling and emailing them so many times. Every time i call, there is a new contact person with whom i never get connected or i am asked to send an email which no one replies to. I would really appreciate if you can help me withe same. I will be happy to provide any further details that would be required.

I have worked with intelenet global services, malad for 3 yeas and left the job on july 5th 2017. I have applied for my pf in the month of september but till now i have not received anything. I am calling regularly in the office for pf department but nobody picks up the call. I went to the office couple of time but they always say it is going to be submitted tomorrow. It never happens. I urgently need the money but i think i have wasted my time. Please try to understand other peoples situation and work properly. If you have not done it do not lie. We will do it ourselves.
