I have taken a course 4 months back and my first session with intellipath i have make request for refund. Due my busy schedule I was not able to make a time for course. I am continuously asking for refund from last 4 months. I request them I have already paid 3 emi till now keep it with you.. just stop my future emi by refunding my amount. They are asking me to get candidate for course against whom they will refund my amount.

    Hi, I am Shebin Philip, currently living in USA.

    Last year, I joined for an online course with Intellipaat on the promise that they would help to get placement in USA itself.

    The course was not fine but I was able to complete it from external Source.
    Then I came to know that they would give placements to companies only in India and paid in Rupees only. To know about the truth, I inquired about it and they simply ignoring the message.

    Kindly have a look into it to stop any further fraud attempts. Many students are joining the course without know the truth and spoiling their career and time.

      One course advisor contact me from intellipaat and she told me on call that I can discontinue this course if I don't feel suitable for me. But after joining the course I ask to refund the fees and discontinue they rejected. Additional issue is that I got this course in 1, 77, 000 rs and my batchmate got this course only in 98, 000 so I ask for the this biggest gap of 79000 rs they replied that it was special month offer but my batchmate who joined with me in same month those got this course in 98000. So fraud happened with me from intellipaat.

        I had raised mail on 1st November 2023 for the cancellation and refund of course Azure certificate master course And for the Mail i have initiated on 31st November, I had received ticket number of 1461585. However I had not received any proper response from Support team till now.. I had enrolled the course on 31th November and opted for EMI option. As I want to cancel the course even before the commencement date of course, i expect a call from Support team and expect the initiation of process of approving my EMI cancellation without any delay for avoiding the auto deduction of EMI amount

          Few days ago One of your respected employee Deepika (Contact-[protected]) call me for the providing me information about the course Which my brother saw a few days ago .. I asked her to call me after a few days and I'll tell her the final decision. Taday morning she call me and in mid conversation she started getting personal with me.She misbehaved and started hurting personal sentiments with her words. I am looking forward to take strict action against her. So for further not a single customer get the service like that

            Sub - Cancellation Course & Refund Required, Intellipaat company & his employee name Himanshi Gupta Contact Number [protected] has generated my EMI and 1 Lakh loan by fraud manner for online course and this has been done without any confirmation from me and I have not even started the courses.

            I had been searching for information for an online course, for an EV charging Course but the Intellipaat company has cheated me. They made me EMI by saying that registration is free and an OTP was taken from me and it was said that OTP has been taken for free registration. Rather, this OTP has been fraudulently used by an intelligent company. My EMI of Rs 1 lakh has been generated without informing me and Without Acceptance me.

            I asked Complaint for cancellation for fraud but employee of the intelligent company says this cannot cancellation happen, This intellipaat company employee mrs Himanhi Gupta is doing fraud work and I am also being harassed again and again call mentally disturbed.

            Against this, I Bajaj Company Customer Related was also informed at the same time complaint that my EMI should be Cancellation which has been done by the intelligent company in a fraudulent manner but at that time she got a confirmation that it will be Cancellation but till now no solution has been given. I have also complained multiple times and online Complaint ticket done multiple times to Bajaj Customer Care,

            Sir, my civil is also being defaced and one of my EMI is also getting bounced which has been done in fraud manner from Intellipaat company.

            Please cancel this EMI and Refund Required

            And ₹1770 EMI charge has also been detected from my account which should be recovered from the intelligent company.

            I had called for Enquiry on Intellipaat institute.

            Intelelipaat employee take OTP in the name of Information validate

            And after delivering loan 1 Lakh in my name, he use my money to him. For the last two months, he has been use the money taken in my name to him.

            Till now I have not taken any service against this service nor do I want to take it in future.

            My request to you is that this loan should be canceled as soon as possible.

            Action should be taken against Intelelipaat,
            Accordingly to investigation, it frauds one or two people every month

              I had Enrolled my name for "Certified Ethical Hacker v12" Program in Intellipaat. on last december and I paid Rs 35000 on emi in 12 months and i paid hole amount. during the enrolment time Intellipaat team was promised me that they will provide me voucher code after finishing the course and assignment. and now i am asking for voucher they will says you need to pay extra 5000 amount of money they are just giving a reason for voucher price is increasing, and my friend get voucher. we both take this course at a same time from intellipaat now i am trying to get code they will give some silly reason voucher price is increase that's why we will take extra 5k. but at enrollment time they clearly says you dont need to pay extra amount. After i am giving some proof they says we need extra time to solve this complex issue. this message is sending every time when i am trying to connect him . This institute is fake. They just want money. After getting money they don't provide service. they don't even receive calls to solve the query. Please help me on this.

                Was seeking training over Microsoft’s Azure, Az-104 & Az-305 courses, but course advisor Channesh Patel offered Azure’s Masterclass with Live Sessions & Self paced learning LMS for discounted Rs. 40k.
                The trick they played,
                Currently attending Az-104 classes but instead of a predefined schedule, they send new link for daily lectures - do not know how to set them in Calendar for automatic reminders.
                Self paced learning - totally worthless as compared to other E-Learning Platforms.
                Do not understand how things ahead will go ahead for Azure Architect - Az-305.
                Feeling completely clueless for a definite learning over Azure Platform.

                  I applied for data science and the loan got got sanctioned in two days but dint got the admission in the course, so I asked to cancel the loan application but from then it’s been 6 months I am paying the loan emi because it may affect my credit score and calling them daily to cancel the loan application and refund my emi paid but no response

                    Hello, I purchased the data science course from Intellipaat, and they promised me a referral bonus if I refer other students. Therefore, I referred 2 friends, and they also purchased courses from Intellipaat. I applied for the referral bonus at [email protected], and they said it would take 15-20 days, but I haven't received anything yet. Despite multiple emails, they keep saying it will take an additional 15 days. During the admission process, they called me 10 times and assured that I would receive the referral bonus promptly. However, there is a significant delay, and I don't have any guarantee that I will receive it. I haven't received any positive responses from them. Please resolve my issue; they are not keeping their promises, especially regarding the timely delivery of referral bonuses.

                            I have enrolled PGP Data science in the month of dec, i have not attended any prt session or they called or asked me about that, due to my family problems and fincial problems i have requested them to cancel and repay back to loan provider, they are ignoring my request and forcing me to pay without giving any respect to my request

                            Iam malavika.I have enrolled Full stack web development course in the month of october 2023.before joining itself i asked for the refund.but they are telling i need to refer some one.as im finncially not fit now i asked for cancelling and no one is taking initiate for that.bank is approachinh my home daily for asking emi and haraccing my old parents. if you didnt took an immediate action i will file a case against the institution for the mental tourchure given to me from their side.for two months im going through lot of problems and this institution is not adressing my request.kindly get back to me as soon as possible

                              I enrolled in your PG Certification in Data Science program on August 16th and was dismayed by the salesperson's rush to complete the enrollment without allowing me to review the terms and conditions. This haste resulted in missed crucial information, and subsequent discrepancies between the promises made during enrollment and the program's actual offerings, including the 100% job guarantee, which has proven to be a false promise. On August 20th, when I requested cancellation, I was met with outright denial and a disrespectful response from your escalation team. My expectations for a quality educational experience and professional conduct have not been met, leaving me deeply frustrated and disappointed.

                                I have taken this course in Nov 2022.

                                I am trying to complete the course by taking the exam however I did not pass the first attempt.

                                Since then I have been trying to call the team to understand the feedback on my exam. No one is calling from the team only a new date for PRT is given.

                                I lost my 75000/- in this course. I need help.

                                  Hello myself Syed Amina as I had taken a course of data science and artificial intelligence in intellipaat they have taken data science course but for artificial intelligence they are postponing it from last 6 to 8 months and claiming that as within 15 days it will get start even the escalation manager also refusing to pay my money back please resolve my issue it's almost 80 thousand rupees we got cheated believing on intellipaat

                                    I had enrolled for an online course with Intellipaat platform and did the payment for the course on August 28th 2023, due to some reason I wasn't willing to continue with the course and unenrolled myself from the course. I requested for refund on September 2nd 2023, my refund request was approved on September 7th 2023. Ever since 7th Sept I have been following up with the escalations team for refund, I got a written confirmation after many perusal that my refund will be processed on 15th of Oct 2023. I am registering this complaint today i.e. on 16th Oct 2023. I am yet to receive my refund, when I call up the support they inform that the concerned person who is looking at my refund case is gone on off, so in that case I asked them if no-one else was available to process my refund and strangely I was informed only the concerned person can do the refund. As only certain people look at certain students. This is really strange as they fall behind students when they have sell a course but when you initiate a refund they make the process very hard and drive the students anxious. What kind of business model is this where it drives pleasure out of students becoming anxious on when their refund will be processed. I would definitely request the students to observe caution while investing in these sort of learning platforms.

                                        I have signed in a Data Analyst course from Intellipaat through counselor Pooja, before joining they have promised for secured job, Resume building, updated LinkedIn profile and so much, It was 8 months course after that they have asked to write PRT test for being in the placement pool that was not told earlier and that was so hard like I have studied for data Analyst and they ask question of Data Scientist it doesn't matter what course you opt for PRT is same for all after asking for Resume they said you have to make it on your own we will share templates which were totally useless,
                                        writing so many mails but no revert, no help in job, want my refund .

                                        IIT madras should be written on certificate but they have changed this as well .

                                        Its totally fraud a student is signed in course for job but there is nothing as per they promised intially.
