I have been trying to get in touch with the Intellipaat team regarding cancellation of a course.
I mentioned regarding cancellation to the career counsellor on the 4th of May and sent my first escalation mail on 5th May.
Since then, it’s been 20 days and I have not received a single update.
I have taken 100s of follow ups regarding the cancellation of admission over mail and over call however, I have not received any update on the teams end.
Initially as well, the career counsellor offering this course was pushing me to accept terms and conditions and was not giving me enough time to make my decision.
There seemed something suspicious with the sales team I did not accept the terms and conditions and asked the escalation team to cancel my admission.
Since then I have made multiple calls within a day for 20 days just for Mr. Anand Krishnan to get back mentioning that they need a few more days to provide a final update on if the course admission and fee can be cancelled.
He tried to push me in to at least watching a few sessions online.
When I tried mentioning that I had some issues with my personal finance, he made absurd comments that my financial status would improve if I just take the course once.
He tried to pressure me in to attending lectures, repeatedly mentioning that the final update will be provided within a few days.
He got aggressive as well mentioning that they have 100s of learner’s. At one point the manager started yelling at me mentioning that refund is not in their policies despite the fact that I never accepted them to start with.
I really don’t know what to do and how to deal with this situation as my EMI is starting soon and I am not in the financial situation to pay.

I have paid an operational cost of 28, 000, resolved this complaint because of the pressure Intellipaats escalations manager put on me (as a condition for loan reversal)
I am left with no mental or financial energy to deal with this matter. I am genuinely at a loss trying to understand the next steps to take with respect to this.
I am bearing interest and taxes from the loan provider due to my EMI bouncing and the sole responsible party in this is Intellipaat.
I would appreciate any help I get in this matter.
