Here is the story about my problem-
* paid for tableau online course on 18th september, 2017
* attended demo on sep 20. Not satisfied with the trainer teaching and requested for change of trainer (I haven't attended the course at least a day)
* no proper response for almost 2 weeks. Irritated with the way of response from customer service team, decided to ask for refund.
* intellipaat started playing drama that i have accessed the course and refund cannot be processed. (Honestly, i just accessed the video for a short time on the demo just to check the quality of the trainer. Intellipaat website clearly says the refund wouldn't be processed only if any material is downloaded.)
* spoke to many so called executives - amit, deepak, siddharth, ashasree (She literally scolded me like anythin)- no use at all.
* after almost a month, mr. Deepak and siddharth promised to refund my complete amount.
* intellipaat started playing another drama on nov 15 saying that only 80% of the amount would be processed.
* in the next week, i got a final email saying the ticket is closed without even refunding my amount.
I have attached all the email screenshots needed to justify my arguments.
They all play the same trick - not responding to customers calls/emails and saying that they went on leave.

I even looped in their ceo in my email chain, but no use. I wonder how many students would have lost their money to this fake company!!
