[Resolved] Intellipaat — Refund not processed and fraud service

I was asked to enroll to the Course will false promises which was ever met. Then post the payment, the service given was very very bad and then they wont even respond to the call we make. Moreover the refund process is not even initiated as I am unhappy with the service they are providing. Long time I kept on following up, but our time and money are not even respected for atleast 1%. Dec 31, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I received the call from the Manager and ensured with a convincing solution. Intellipaat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It's not resolved. Just a phone call with again a fake promise.
Deepali Sharma asked me to close the complaint inorder to initiate the 50% refund. But post marking the complaint as Resolved, I tried reaching her from past 1 week. Again the same, she is not picking the call. It's better to move legally if anyone of you guys come across such situation.

Its Resolved now as she has given me a call and ensured it will be refund by eod.
