Interior Point — sofa 3+2 seater worst quality and arrogant service approach

We had made a purchase of sofa (Bill No 85 dated 20/1/18- for SOFA 3+2 SEATER)
firstly the delivery was very late
then out of 2 one sofa 2 seater one joint started to come out and this happened twice
then the 3 seater sofa wood started to crack

I am in touch with Mr Tanveer and he is cooperating as long as i am ready to be dumb, fool and quite
since last eight month we are strucggling for one repair or another

It is a sheer loot of money they are providing 3rd grade material and arrogant service approach
