I call many times but not picking my phone a single time Dear sir Recently i paid a fees on 29 december 2017 for entrance exam of national institute of fashion technology (Nift) of ₹1500 by citruspay wallate This payment is failed but money deducted from my wallet i did not received any refund. I write many complaints but no one giving me proper answer. Transaction id 1044711 this id recived on citruspay app Other transaction id recived on mail is Ctx[protected] Transaction held on[protected] at 3:54 pm using citruspay application And after payment failed i pay using net banking beacause it was a last day for application, please redund my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

We are facing issue from NIFT saddar Rawalpindi branch.
NIFT wrong credit FINCA microfinance Bank funds to First microfinance Bank.
Also they credit funds to FINCA microfinance Bank instead of FIRST microfinance bank. We are facing issue continuously .
Kindly resolve the issue
