Recently i paid a fees for entrance exam of national institute of fashion technology of ₹1500 by citruspay wallate
I make a payment successfully and money get deducted fromy account, but while redirected on nift page it didnt show me that payment is done
I write complaints to citruspay
But they are saying that payment is done on there side
Transaction id 1044711 this id recived on citruspay app
Other transaction id recived on mail is
Ctx[protected]
Transaction held on[protected] at 3:54 pm
And this is the second payment i did by visa debit sucessfully
Thank you for using your sbi debit card 4*x*1 for a purchase worth rs1515.0 on pos nift1231679 at citruspay nift txn#[protected].

This message received on my second successful payment via visa debit
For the same application
After first payment failed i made a payment with visa debit

Check both the trxn id and payment and solve my problem
