Complaint about Cidco BELAPUR, navi mumbai, corruption is going on here on a very high level, my file number 644 wadghar, missing details in file about plots allotted and transffered our ancestral property in their name, very shocking, and many more files missing 676, 673, 03, 40, 823, and many more missing related to file number 644 wadghar panvel. Some employes are genuienly guiding and some are misguiding, they are goons not employee, i have been harrased a lot by cidco people, please resolve my issue.

I have been trying their number but NO RESPONSE. Also, to one of the executive i have passed my concern still NO RESPONSE. WOULD LIKE UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS GETTING THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE PAID SO FAR ALONG CALCULATED TIME VALUE OF MONEY.

I have booked a flat in 2015 in ILD ARETE which was due to complete in 2019. Till now I have already paid 70% of flat amount but there has been no construction update since last 3 years.

This seems to be a totally fraud company and it seems I have lost my hard-earned money to these fraud people.

Please take some action against such fraud developers.

I had booked a flat with ILD in 2017. I deposited the initial amount. When I enquired about the status of their earlier projects and handover of the flats. I found this is a big fraud company. They have not handed any flats in their previous projects. I demanded my deposit back. Since then, they are postponing this. I have also filed a legal suit. I also raised a complaint with the DTCP. Even after 3-4 meetings, they have not refunded my money. Haryana Govt. should take a note of such builders. We are poor people. They have a nexus with the Govt. I believe. They do not listen to Govt. orders also. Need help.

I have tried approaching them hundreds of time, the only time they call back is when you say you want to invest into their proprety.

No response from ILD Grand Centra on the delivery promises, on the project. It has always been on ground floor ever since and all my money is blocked with them.

Construction status: Unknown.
CRM Team: only wishes Happy lohri and new year.. What about status update?? approvals??
We have a signed official contract with them to build the project by 2018.

2021 it is and no update, thanks to our corrupt India and these numerous ILD like developers

I have booked a flat in ILD Arete in 2014, possession was due in 2019. Untill now no sign of completion of the project. No construction update. No response fro ILD team on the RERA notice issued. Big fraud company. Need Haryana government to take serious steps against the builder and employees.

I registered for ILD Grand Centra in 2014 and till date that is 10 Feb 2021 there is no sign of delivering the project.

I am requesting the full refund with interest for the deposited amount of Rs 20.44 lac.

No commitment from the builder till now. Kindly request the support to resolve this matter.

I had sent legal notice to ild spire for delivery of possession o[censored]nit 0415 in tower 02, in ild greens, sector 37c, gurugram.
The said property under subvention plan i paid 25% of total cost and remaining amount paid by the financier dhfl directly to ild linked with construction plan.
It did not complete the construction and not paying the interest accrued on the loan amount to dhfl and thereby breached the terms of the agreement.
Dhfl is sending legal notice to me and also reported to cibil though there is no fault of mine.
Request is being made for possession and payment of accrued interest amount to dhfl till date at the earliest.

I have booked a flat with ild last june 2018. When i came to know that this company will not give the delivery of flats on time. I demanded a refund of my booking amount. They did not give me a refund, instead issued me cheques in 3 parts. All the cheques were bounced and later i came to know that they closed this account. When i sent them notice. They again issued me a new cheque and took the earlier cheques back from me. The new cheque also got bounced and now they are not responding to me either over emails or phone.

We have booked one flat in ild gsr drive project 3 years back and paid a sum of rs. 3lacs to them. There is no progress in this project since then and builder is not returning the money as well. Tired of calling them multiple time everyday nobody is answering the calls and no one is responding to the emails.

Can anyone help in reaching out to the crm team of ild and getting the refund of my money.

I had paid the application money in 2016 since the company promised that the construction would start asap. Till now there is no update on the project. When i call the company people they do not respond. Most of the employees have let the company and new ones have joined.
I fact two banks have also denied funding the the developer due to no construction being initiated.

I am looking for people who have invested in this property so that we can collectively take some action.

This is in reference to allotment in tower no. A2 in ild grand, sector 37 c, gurgaon under subvention payment plan.

Please note that during finalization of allotment of flat and subvention plan, it was confirmed by ild and its representative that all emi shall be paid by ild till possession of my flat also, it was verbal confirmation from ild side that ild will handover by september 2018 (Status of construction not yet known to me)
No reply from ild team. Most of senior team of ild left the company.

Bought 2bhk in ILD Grand in re sale.. i was given revised possession in 2017 but over 2 years now i am waiting for possession. My property is in tower C, 8th floor flat no c.. sector 37c Gurgaon haryana..

Post demobilization things hv not moved a inch.. no construction happening. Zero labour seen working on multiple visits.

All attempts to make things moving have failed. sending Legal notice to them followed by rera complaint or consumer forum complaint.

I have booked the flat in tower 2 of ild sprire in sector 37c of gurgaon. The builder has not only inordinately delay the possession but also not paying interest installment to dhfl from where the loan was taken under subvention plan.
Dhfl is threatening me and not compelling ild to pay installement.
Further, we are not sure when the property will hand over to us.
